/ Design brief
By combining your requirements with the needs of the project, our team comes up with a brief document. This document is the first step to designing, and it includes the estimated budget, design plan, timing, aesthetics, and strategy for implementation.

/ Concept Design
With the approval of the brief, a second step of the process includes concept design. You can expect the drawing, sketches, images, 3D visuals, material specifications, and a whole concept of the design leading towards the masterpiece of your imagination.

/ Tender Package
We have a smooth and perfectly planned step to release the tender package. Our vast network of contractors helps us win the right bidding cost. Consultants are always there to review the bidding strategy thoroughly during the process.

/ Project Execution
Once the project is assigned to the contractor, we will be working closely with them to execute the plan accordingly and meet your design requirements. Every element is reviewed closely to build a fantastic finish design.

/ Handover
After the contractors have completed the job within the given timeframe, we evaluate the final finishes and once the consultants have approved it, we hand over the final design with ultimate finishing to the client.
